Today's isolated society creates a huge need for authentic relationships.  True friends are hard to come by!!  God designed all of us to crave and need friends. We’re also wired by God with a need to feel valued.  The Journey is a great place to start. Here, we believe in building relationships with God and each others.  We value people and invite them to hop in and get involved.  The people who hang out at the Journey are simply people who are on the same journey as you. You can always find someone further along the path to encourage you, and someone who isn't as far as you for you to encourage.

We are a laid back, easy going, “come as you are” church that has been doing this “journey through life” together for about four years. While we are all at different stages on our faith journey, we share one common value; a desire to live out this journey in relationship with each other as we experience a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our church isn't a bunch of people pretending to be perfect. We know deep down that we can't measure up to God's standards, but the kickin’ thing is that He has chosen to love us anyway!!

We admit we don’t have all the answers. Nobody out there does. We encourage you to ask questions about faith, life and relationships. All of us have doubts and questions, so there’s no reason to feel awkward about posing questions. Discussion and searching for answers helps all of us grow.
