Welcome! You have found your way to the web site for The Journey, a great new church in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Contemporary music, coffee and pastries, kids’ ministries, and relevant messages. You’ve probably seen this on other church web sites and yes, you will find all of this at the Journey also.

So, what makes us different?

Quite simply, you do…and others like you. “Church” is not a building.  It’s not programs. It’s not a place.  Instead, it’s people!!  People just like you and me, gathering together to figure out what relationship with God and each other is really all about. We are all on this journey together.

At The Journey, we navigate life’s journey together by helping each other out through the struggles we face. We encourage each other in our daily spiritual walk. We help each other grow in our relationship with Jesus. We look at our friends at the Journey as family.

All of that, plus we take a coffee break in the middle of our Sunday worship services!! It’s a casual, caring place. It’s shorts and sandals, friendships and connecting with a living and amazing God.

Better yet—come be our guest some Sunday morning. The Journey meets at Weaver Lake Elementary School in Maple Grove, MN. Our service begins at 10:00 a.m. Arrive by 9:45 to get your kids in their classroom and to grab some coffee and a treat.  You will be warmly welcomed.
